Using the previous week’s homework assignment as a guide, you are to act as a consultant and select any menu from any retail restaurant location and make a minimum of 8 recommendations as to what you would do differently to improve that menu. What would you do to make it more appealing and/or more profitable?
Your work should include 2 parts for each recommendation:
1)The specific recommendation and
2)Commentary as to why you feel this recommendation would improve the menu. Refer back to your previous week’s work to help justify your recommendation.
Please be sure to include in your submission a copy of the menu you are critiquing.
